Professional Experience
Sixteen years experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Consultant.
Design and project management of architectural and engineering projects with emphasis in mechanical engineering. Experience includes hotels, office buildings, retail malls, theaters, museums, educational facilities, light industrial, churches, convention, and assembly centers.
Also served as a consultant and project manager for branch offices in a major architectural firm. Job tasks included initial coordination with owners, developers and architects, provided initial pricing documents, aided in the preliminary price estimates, value engineering projects to meet budget constraints, provided detail HVAC design, follow-up project engineering, and trouble shooting through project completion.

Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, and maintains credentials with NCEES.
